On the new music front, I discovered a great podcast and blog called The Bored Again Christian. This is a great way to discover new music and bands that are on the fringes of the Christian sub-culture. Among my newest discoveries are Pigeon John ("Weight of the World"), Arcade Fire ("Keep the Car Running"), and my new favorite The Polyphonic Spree ("Running Away"). Our two daughters love animals (bunnies and dogs), art, soccer, AWANA, and their friends. We live in the Buckle of the Bible Belt but anticipate moving to the Lonestar State.
